Danny from TB electronics came and picked up my TV for a Panel repair. He was very helpful when doing the diagnostic and knowledgeable with what was the issue of a burn in. It was a very smooth process as they took the TV and delivered it back to me after it was repaired once they got the part in. Danny had great customer service and the TV looks great!

The office staff did a good job of coordinating the service for my refrigerator. And the technician Eddie was knowledgeable, as well as courteous and professional. This was a repair service through an extended warranty from Lowes.
